After breakfast proceed to Kandy, The historic city about 480m above sea level surrounded by mountain was known to Sri Lankan as Kanda Uda Rata, which means the hill country. Kandy was home to Sri Lanka's last independent Kingdom, which survived two centuries of colonial incursion before finally falling to the British at the beginning of the nineteenth century.

Kandy… this royal city, sheltered by the hills and looped by the Mahaweli – Sri Lanka’s longest river, still holds religious and cultural significance. A stroll around the sleepy, but serene Kandy Lake, where balmy winds waft across, a walk through the Royal Botanical Gardens located at Peradeniya and a visit to the University of Peradeniya – the spacious green campus near the banks of the Mahaweli is a must for any visitor to Kandy. Late evening visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and view a traditional dance performance. (Optional)

KANDY / PINNEWALA / COLOMBO
After breakfast proceed to Colombo via Pinnewala.
Pinnawala… the Elephant Orphanage located on the banks of the Maha Oya, is mainly to house young elephants who find themselves displaced and lost from their natural habitats for various reasons – environmental changes due to development projects, being abandoned by their parents when they fall into pits and ravines, etc. It is most interesting to visit at feeding or bathing time..

After breakfast Colombo city tour.
Colombo… go on a site seeing and a shopping trip around the busy cities of Colombo. You’ll be seeing the famous Bandaranaike international memorial hall, Valukarama temple, and the municipal council. You can enjoy fair bargain by shopping at some of the reputed shopping malls such as ODEL, Liberty plaza, Majestic city, Arena, etc. pay a visit to the “Pettah Bazaar”.

- Email the relevant person on the given email address with a copy to SriLankan Holidays (shyanaw@srilankan.aero) and make booking.
- The relevant contact person will reply within 24 working hours with details of availability and booking details.
- Credit card details would have to be emailed to SriLankan Holidays (shyanaw@srilankan.aero) in order to guarantee/ secure the booking.
- The DMC contact person would give the client a booking reference for every confirmed booking.
- Payment would be collected from the Client by the DMC on behalf of SriLankan Holidays.
