Rohan Edrisinha is a Director & Head, Legal and Constitutional Unit, Centre for Policy Alternatives, (CPA) and has taught at the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo since 1986. His area of specialisation is Constitutional Law. He has taught at several universities including the Faculty of Law, University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1995. His publications include Essays on Federalism in Sri Lanka (co-ed with A. Welikala, 2008) and Power Sharing in Sri Lanka: Constitutional and Political Documents 1926-2008, co-ed with M. Gomez, V.Tamilmaran and A. Welikala, (2009).
