A full list of ticket prices follows below. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (SLR) and in US Dollars (US$).
For customers buying tickets online, tickets will be charged at the US dollar rate. For Students and those people paying in Sri Lankan Rupees tickets can only be purchased from the festival box office in Colombo and Galle.

Individual Event Pass, Main Programme
This ticket is for one MAIN EVENT session only at the main festival venues for the day on which it is purchased. Ticket holders may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session but must leave the venue immediately after the completion of the session, or purchase a daily pass from the festival box office. This ticket does not include entry into workshops or feature events.
Day Pass
This pass entitles you to entry to all MAIN EVENTS at the main festival venue for one day only, you must specify the date. This ticket does not allow you entry into workshops or feature events.
4-day Festival Pass
This pass entitles you to entry to all MAIN EVENTS at the main festival venues over the four days of the festival from Thursday, 17th January 2008 to Sunday, 20th January 2008.
This ticket does not include entry to workshops or feature events.

Literary Lunches & Dinners
These are ticketed events with limited seats available.

Tickets will be on sale from 7th December 2007 until Sunday 20th January 2008 through the Festival Box Offices in Colombo & Galle.

You can purchase tickets from the Festival Box Office in Galle during the festival up until Sunday, 20th January 2008.
The Festival Box Office only accepts Sri Lankan Rupees in cash and cash cheques.

Terms & Conditions
The Festival program is subject to change without notice. To obtain access to all paid events, the proper ticket and/or Festival Pass must be shown to gain entry.
Tickets for all events can be purchased from 7th December 2007.
Note: No tickets will be posted out. All pre-paid tickets must be collected from your nominated box office.
There will be no ticket refunds.
The Organisers will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any damages of any kind or nature including without limitation to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages arising from but not limited to the cancellation, postponement and/or other changes of whatsoever nature to the Galle Literary Festival due to any reasons whatsoever including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, fire, floods, tempest and/or any like emergency and/or other unforeseen circumstances. Whilst the Organisers shall make every effort they do not guarantee the presence and participation of any/all writers scheduled to attend the said Festival. The Organisers are specifically excluded from any/all liability, loss and/or damage caused by the absence of any such writer/s. The Organisers shall not be responsible for the originality, authenticity and/or accuracy of any writing of any author and/or material provided by the said author contained in any publications whatsoever and shall not be liable under any law including but not limited to the infringement of copyright and/or intellectual property for the time being in force in Sri Lanka or any other jurisdiction.
The Organisers shall not be liable for nor can they take any responsibility for any personal injury of whatsoever nature, howsoever caused that a holder of a ticket may suffer.
