    Ruwanthie de Chickera will be conducting a playwriting workshop over the course of the Galle Literary Festival 2010. Anyone may apply to be a part of this workshop, you need no prior experience of writing or being on stage or backstage. In fact, we're keen to enlist first-timers and people for whom theatre is a new medium. Up to ten people will be selected to participate, on a commitment to joining all days of the workshop. (Friday 29 January 10am-1pm, Saturday 30 January 10am-3pm, Sunday 31 January 10am - 3pm, Monday 1 February: Public Performance 10am-11am) To apply to join the workshop please send short description of yourself and life as you see it now to info@galleliteraryfestival.com. Be as creative as you like - this is not a job application. We will read all entries up to 500 words and contact you to let you know if you have been selected. The cost of joining the workshop is limited to Rs.2000 (inclusive of all days).
